质量控制/质量保证
1 Purpose
目的:
this procedure is prepared to ensure quality of Wacker S/7250 Polymers RTV Project ply with design standard, owner and code requirement
确保80000吨/年硅氧烷聚合物扩建项目的质量符合设计标准、业主及规范要求而制定本程序。
2 Application Scope
适用范围:
this Quality Assurance System is applied to equipmetn installation, piping installation, E&I installation and anticorrosion&insulation Installation of Wacker S/7250 Polymers RTV Project.
此质保体系适用于80000吨/年硅氧烷聚合物扩建项目的设备安装工程、管道安装工程、电气安装工程、仪表安装工程、防腐及绝热安装工程。

4 Quality Control Plan
控制计划:
Our quality objectives are: "100% accept rate of project quality, plete fulfillment of contract clauses, meeting technical standard requirements". We established, in accordance with this policy, a quality assurance prised of quality assurance manual and management & control procedures. As a substantive description of quality assurance system and a regulatory document of our corporation, the quality assurance manual shall be mandatory and be strictly observed by all staff and working results shall be accurately documented to allow all
quality-related activities under the control of quality assurance system.
