要削减近三分之一钢铁产能来治理大气污染。本文介绍了现在我国正在推行的一种新的绿色出行方式——公共自行车，为治理雾霾奉献了一份力量。
公共自行车，又称为公交自行车，存在于公共自行车系统的效劳站点。这些站点是根据城市公共交通规划隔一定距离布设在地铁出口、社区大门口、旅游景点等人流集中区域的租赁站点，每个站点配置20~50辆左右的公共自行车，通过公共自行车管理系统可以管理租赁站效劳点的公共自行车。每辆公共自行车单独配置锁车器和读卡器，市民通过办理借车卡来进行公共自行车的租赁效劳，各个站点之间互通互联，在方便市民租借的同时也方便归还效劳。
“公共自行车〞的概念最早起源于欧洲。1965年在荷兰开始出现第一代公共自行车系统。1995年丹麦首都哥本哈根推出第二代公共自行车系统。在美国、法国、英国、加拿大等国家也都陆续开展了公共自行车租赁效劳。我国最早开始推行公共自行车租赁系统的是江苏省，苏州、徐州、昆山、常熟等城市已积极投入并成功运营，其中昆山、常熟等城市更荣获国家住建部第一批自行车交通示范城市。
