二、向学校发出邀请
  5月13日，我们向各各班一一发出邀请，诚邀各班积极参与此次活动，各班的同学们对此次竞赛也热情参与，积极报名。在5月25日将计划书，比赛规则，及报名表等发到各位主席手中。
5月17日，我们将报名表收集，并与各学院代表队负责人取得联系。
