爱辉区张地营子乡基本情况
张地营子乡位于黑河市区以北44公里处，黑龙江右岸，黑呼公路贯穿全乡，辖区面积1242平方公里，辖6个行政村，其中白石砬子村和小新屯村为俄罗斯民族村；9个党（总）支部，党员185名，其中1个村党总支和5个村党支部，农民党员144名。全乡共有1897户、5497人，其中农业户1746户、5257人；，；农作物以高油大豆、优质小麦为主。2010年被省委、省政府授予省级文明乡镇。
近年来，在区委、区政府的正确领导下，乡党委、政府团结带领全乡广大干部群众，以科学发展观为统领，突出抓好实施十大绩效工程、十项利民行动和“五个一”活动承担的工作任务，依托资源、地缘优势，解放思想、开拓创新、攻坚克难，全力推动乡域经济社会持续健康发展。农业发展实现新突破。以“双增工程”为支撑，大力发展现代农业，全面落实党的各项惠农政策，全乡粮豆薯总产再创历史新高，实现 19674吨，同比增长27%，其中大豆垧产实现2161公斤；，%；农民人均纯收入实现5845元，同比增长29%，实现连续6年保持快速增长。进一步提高农业标准化程度，高标准建设农业科技园区1处，建成农民专业合作社5个，农业生产机械化率达到100%。逐步增强农业组织化程度，规模经营土地6727亩，流转土地30000亩，订单面积突破80000亩。深入实施“粮转畜”战略，突出发展肉牛、山绵羊和特色动物养殖，肉牛存栏4221头，%；山绵羊5702只，同比增长13%，
