四、实施步骤
根据学生年龄特点分学段实施“八大习惯〞养成教育，具体安排如下：
小学低段侧重抓好“五大习惯〞：
1、养成文明礼仪习惯，特别是待人接物的习惯。教育学生说话轻声慢语，学会与周围环境和谐相处。重点做好以下几个方面：〔1〕说话文明，会讲“您好、谢谢、对不起、没关系〞等礼貌用语；〔2〕尊敬教师，见面主动问好；〔3〕孝敬父母，帮父母做力所能及的事；〔4〕放学回家主动与家长打招呼；〔5〕出门要与家里人道别；〔6〕家里来客要主动打招呼，客人走时要送别。
2、养成卫生习惯，特别是要养成不随地吐痰、不乱扔废弃物的习惯。教育学生做到用过的东西放回原处，保持环境整洁有序，倡导低碳生活，树立绿色环保理念。
3、养成正确的书写与阅读习惯，特别要使学生掌握正确的书写姿势，养成在阅读中思考的习惯。教育学生每天坚持阅读一小时，懂得“书籍是人类进步的阶梯〞。
