按照党的群众路线教育实践活动总体安排，为了更好地发现问题、查摆问题，昆阳镇卫生院领导班子查摆问题不留死角，剖析原因不走过场。为查准聚焦问题，领导班子成员广泛征求群众的意见和建议，召开了党支部专题会议，通过讨论研究、对照检查材料，医院开展了领导班子集体和党员干部的民主测评活动，领导班子成员之间、班子成员与职工之间开展了交心谈心活动。通过谈心和征求意见查摆问题，我院多次主持召开了对照检查座谈会，领导班子成员深刻剖析了在“四风”方面存在的突出问题。
一、存在的突出问题
(一)形式主义方面
1、开展政治理论学****不够深入，不能很好运用理论指导实践，党的组织生活形式单调，学****不够积极主动，刻苦钻研精神不强。
2、工作布置的多，跟踪督办的少，执行过程中抓而不紧，抓而不细，不看效果，只听汇报。
3、以会议落实上级任务的多，按照要求完成，缺乏创造性，缺乏指导，收效不好。
(二)官僚主义
1、深入一线少，深入调查研究不够，不能及时发现问题和解决问题，等问题上门，工作被动。
2、继续发扬民主，要全面征求党内外群众意见。
