副科级岗位竞聘时间：2009年7月12日下午14：30－18：00
2、竞聘顺序：资格审查合格人员按前列职数表中所列岗位顺序参加竞聘述职，多人报同一岗位的，竞聘述职顺序由抽签决定。
3、竞聘地点：招待所四楼会议室
4、竞聘述职内容与时间：个人报告时间5分钟，答复评委提问及人员进出场时间5分种〔只有1人报名的岗位只需作竞聘报告〕。
5、参会人员：
〔1〕考核小组成员〔处领导及学校有关部门领导组成〕；
〔2〕处属各部门职工代表〔处二级教代会代表以及由处办公室按各校区职工比例及随机原则抽选的部分代表〕
〔3〕资格审查合格的干部竞聘人员。
六、干部竞聘及聘用程序
1、竞聘大会采用无记名投票方式推荐任职人员。竞聘人的最后得票率＝考核小组赞成票×60％＋群众代表赞成票×40％。竞聘人的得票情况在大会结束前当场公布。
2、竞聘人员按岗位职数1：1的比例入选。如只有1人报名竞岗，其得票率须超过60％；有2人或2人以上报名竞岗，按得票率高低顺序由高到低确定各岗位拟推荐人选。无入选者的岗位由处长和党总支书记直接确定推荐人选。
3、党、政负责人对被推荐人员的德、能、勤、绩进行全面考察。
4、根据考察结果，由处长办公会决定聘任人员名单，并报学校批复，同时对拟提任人员进行公示。
5、聘任人员具体岗位如根据工作实际需要调整的，由处长办公会决定作相应岗位调整。
6、不报名参加竞聘的干部，作自动落聘处理，只保留档案工资，所有福利待遇按本人所在新岗位的规定待遇执行。
