街道设置1个社区卫生效劳中心〔萧山区蜀山街道卫生院〕，10个社区卫生效劳站。社区卫生效劳站按省级标准化标准建设，建筑面积原那么上到达150平方米以上，并按标准化要求设计。具体实施时按成熟一个推进一个的原那么逐步进行。
  3、撤室建站、实施街道、村〔社区〕卫生效劳一体化管理。具体做好三个方面工作：〔1〕搞好宣传教育，统一思想认识，明确“撤室建站〞，实施街道、村〔社区〕卫生效劳一体化管理的重要意义；〔2〕根据规划逐批做好社区卫生效劳站的设置审批和村卫生室撤销工作，并根据区政府有关加快社区卫生效劳站建设精神，搞好社区卫生效劳站的改造和建设；〔3〕按萧政办发[2022]249号文件精神做好乡村医生根本养老和根本医疗保障工作。
   三、标准运作，统一管理，稳妥推进“一体化〞管理工作
  社区卫生效劳站建站后，原村卫生室予以撤销，原承当的医疗卫生工作由社区卫生效劳站承当。社区卫生效劳站由街道社区卫生效劳中心〔以下简称“中心〞〕统一管理，并实行“六个统一〞。

  〔一〕实行机构人员统一管理
   按全街道规划，建立10个社区卫生效劳站〔以下简称效劳站〕，具体为安桥、联华、广宁、向阳、章潘桥、桥头陈、广和、赵家墩、知章、。由街道社区卫生效劳中心对效劳站实行统一管理。
  1、根据效劳半径、效劳人口、工作量等情况，效劳站统一配置从业人员，原那么上至少配备执业医生、执业护士各一名。
  2、效劳站实行站长负责制，站长由中心主任聘任，并签订目标管理责任书，明确其责任、权利、义务关系。
