含 Sb %、含 Zn %的铅锑精矿,Pb、Sb 回收率分别达到 %和 %;同时获
得 Zn 品位为 %、Zn 回收率为 %的锌精矿。与现场流程相比,Pb、Sb 回收率分别
提高了 、 个百分点。该工艺实现了弱酸性条件下铅锑、锌无***分离,弱碱性条件下
同捕收剂浮选回收锌,为选矿废水回用以及后续作业创造了有利条件。

Research on Cyanide-free Flotation Process of a Lead-Antimony

Abstract:For the separation problems such as using cyanide and low recovery of lead and zinc in
a lead-antimony-zinc polymetallic sulfide mine,the cyanide-free flotation process was studied. The
results indicated that the beneficiation index of lead,antimony and zinc could be effectivelyimproved by the combination of new collector CSU11 and dithiophosphate 25. In the closed-circuit
tests,lead-antimony concentrate containing % Pb,% Sb and % Zn could be obtained
through using the principal flowsheet of magnetic-flotation and the sequential preferential flotation
of lead-antimony-zinc,wi
