加压过滤机滤液系统的优化

摘要:浮选精煤加压过滤机•脱水时•鴻戒返回到再选条统会恐化浮选的分选,遨回到循坏水池会悉化循环水 系统。为了合理处理加压过滤机滤液,改善滤液系统■根据选煤厂的工艺特点,提出了滤液分级回收工艺。 在实越过程中根据滤液流豪不稳定的特点•提出了不平衡系统液位自动控制理念,实现了液位的动态平衡。 实践证明:该来系统既可以解决滤汝对循环水系统的彩响问題,又可以改善浮选效杲•提高浮选回收率。 关键词:加压过濾机滤液;压滤机;液位计
