摘要目的了解南方某城市西部、东部及南部 3 个水厂的水源水和末梢水有机提取物的致突变性探讨不同原水和
消毒处理工艺对末梢水中有机物致突变性的影响。方法采用彗星实验分别对 3 个厂的水源水、末梢水的有机提取物
,
进行致突变性检测。结果 3 个水厂的水源水和末梢水之有机提取物均呈现不同程度的致突变性末梢水的致突变性
, ,
高于水源水。结论被测水厂水源水及末梢水均存在引起致突变增强的因素水厂处理工艺可使水的致突变性增加
但检测到的有机提取物之致突变性的生物学意义还有待进一步的实验证实。结果提示有必要关注水源和水处理单元
与水致突变性因素的关联。
