白庙大桥架桥机撤除施工方案

3、白庙大桥架桥机现已完成主臂的拼装，但由于整体拼装完成后不能满足CDB对机械设备的验收要求，要求对已经架设的架桥机全部撤除，并清运出场。
Main beam of Baimaio beam setter has been assembled. However, due to failure to satisfy CDB’s equipment inspection and acceptance requirement, CDB requests to dismantle the assembled beam setter and demobilize it from site.
4、已拼装的架桥机由贝雷梁片拼装而成，总长约36米，高为3米，。
Assembled beam setter is consisting of multiple pieces of bailey beam. It is approximately 36m in total, 3m high and wide.
三、施工准备
Construction Preparations
根据现场实际情况和施工技术及工序要求：
In accordance with actual condition on site and requirement of construction technology and procedures:
1、白庙大桥架桥机撤除时间方案在：2022年10月6日～2022年10月15日，总计工期15天，全部撤除后统一清运出场。
Dismantle time of Baimiao beam setter is planned from 6st Oct 2022 to 15th Oct 2022, namely 15 days in total. All components will be removed from site after such beam setter is fully dismantled.

2、在撤除施工作业前一天准备好所需的钢丝绳、卸扣、平安带、扳手等工具，并逐一检查是否合格，如有任何问题应立即更换方能使用。
Tools such as steel sling, shackle, body harness, spanner and etc shall be prepared and inspected one day prior to dismantling. In case of any problems, tool will be replaced immediately.
