两百多年来,重视安全的文化已经是整个公司的“理所当然的”的基本信念。各级管理层和全体员工都把违反重要的安全规定、忽视自己和他人的生命的行为视为不可容忍的组织禁忌。
Over more 200 years, safety culture is a “taken from granted” fundamental believe of the anization. Line management and all employees deemed behaviors that violating critical safety rules and neglecting his/her and other safety and life are anizational “Taboo”
这些“禁忌”常被称之为“不可违背的安全规则”或称为“安全保命条例”。
These “Taboos” are known as “Inviolable Safety Rules” or “Life Saving Rules”.
Disciplinary actions (until dismissal) will be taken to people who violated “Inviolable Safety Rules”
对于违反“不可违背的安全规则”员工,公司会给予直至解雇的纪律处分。
什么是安全保命条例?What is Life Saving Rule?

任何人不能违反上锁,加标签,清理和试车的程序。
No person shall work on any piece of equipment without following Lock, Tag, Clear and Try procedure.
安全保命条例二The Life Saving Rules
任何人不得违反受限空间进入许可的程序。
No person shall perform confined space entry without having the permit per site procedures.
安全保命条例三The Life Saving Rules
任何人不得违反“管线断开”程序。
No person shall work on hazardous pipelines or equipment without following Line Break procedure

除了在完全遵守DNT程序的情况下,任何人不得直接或间接地接触任何转动/移动的设备或物料。
