∀摘
要#
目的: 探讨不同喂养方式对婴儿体格发育的影响。方法: 追踪观察 361 例经阴道自然分娩的足月新生儿, 根
据出生体重, 分为小于胎龄儿( SGA )、适于胎龄儿( AGA ) 和大于胎龄儿( LGA ) 3组, 追踪随访出生后 1、 4、 6、 12个月的
身高、体重, 计算体重指数( BM I), 根据喂养方式不同, 分别评价各组的母乳喂养与人工喂养婴儿不同时间的体格发育情况。
结果: AGA、 LGA 组人工喂养婴儿不同月龄的 BM I值均明显大于母乳喂养儿, 且超出正常参考值; SGA 组人工喂养儿不同时间
的 BM I值虽然也大于母乳喂养儿, 但仅在 12个月时差异有统计学意义。结论: 不同喂养方式对婴儿的体格发育有明显影响, 母
乳喂养儿更趋于体格匀称, 人工喂养儿发生肥胖者较多。
