摘要
介绍了电能质量的相关概念和术语,并对其指标进行了分类,指出不同的指标有不同的定义和应用领域;重点就国家已颁布的六个电能质量标准的主要内容作了分析;并结合实际阐述电能质量的几种改善方法与措施;无源滤波器、有源滤波器、静止型无功补偿装置,介绍了它们的基本组成和原理,这些方法可以有效地解决稳态时的电压质量问题;文章还就电能质量技术的改进与提高,提出系统化综合补偿技术是解决电能质量问题的"治本"途径,以解决动态电能质量问题。得出结论:运用FACTS和电力新技术对电能质量进行系统地综合补偿,将是电能质量问题研究与开发的方向和有效解决途径。

Abstract
His article mands the defintion, term, and performance criterion of power energy quality, summaries the appliance scope and difference types of these criterions, analyzes emphasesly the main content of six national power energy quality standards that had been printsmaned, explains some methods to improve relative quality according to practical operation: Passive filter, active filter, SVC and so on , introduces their basic structure and principle, owever these measures can only solve stable voltage quality problems. his paper presents the pensation technique in order to resolve dynamic energy quality problem. It is just root approach to
restrain power quality question . his article takes resonable conclusion finally: It is more effective to apply FACS and pensation approach, and this is the direction to researchpower energy quality.
