成都市孕产妇产前抑郁与产后抑郁关系的研究

【摘要】目的描述成都市孕产妇产前抑郁和产后抑郁的发生状况,分析产前抑郁与产后抑郁的相关性。方法采用问卷调
查法,对成都市 3 所妇产儿童医院的 276 名孕产妇于产前 1 周内和产后 1 周内进行抑郁的跟踪调查。问卷包括 Edinburg 产后
抑郁量表(EPDS)和自编孕产妇一般资料表。结果产前抑郁的发生率:轻度抑郁 119 名,发生率为 %;中重度抑郁 55 名,发
生率为 %。产后抑郁的发生率:轻度抑郁 109 名,发生率为 %;中重度抑郁 37 名,发生率为 %。经关联分析显示:产前
抑郁得分越高,发生产后抑郁的可能性越大;产前抑郁越严重,产后抑郁也越重(χ2=,P<)。相关分析显示:随着产前抑
郁发生率的升高,产后抑郁的发生率会随之升高(r=,P<)。结论部分孕产妇会出现抑郁性情绪障碍,应引起高度重视。
产前、产后抑郁之间存在较强的联系,产前抑郁增加了产后抑郁的危险性,为预防产后抑郁的发生,干预应从孕期开始。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence of antenatal depression and postnatal depression of women in Chengdu
city,and to analyze the relationship between them. Methods A total of 276 pregnant women in three Women's and Children's
Hospitals in Chengdu City were investigated with Edinburg Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) one week before and after
