中原城市群城市功能定位与建设研究
摘要
本文通过分析中原城市群在“中部崛起”中的优、劣势分析及目标定位,进而提出加快中原城市群发展的对策和建议。加快城市群发展,带动区域经济发展,提升区域竞争力,是发达国家现代化进程中的一条重要经验,也是一些发展中国家地区经济发展的重要途径。对中原城市群发展的进行探讨,关于中原城市群建设乃至整个中部崛起战略目标的实现,都有着很强的现实和理论意义。

Research on the Urban Functions and Construction
in Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration
Abstract
In this paper, the six provinces in central city parison analysis of urban agglomeration in the Central Plains, "Rise of Central China" in the superior and inferior targeting, and then the Central Plains to speed up the development of urban agglomeration measures and up the development of urban agglomeration, driven regional economic development, enhance petitiveness, the developed countries in the process of modernization as an important experience, a number of developing countries in the region is also an important means of economic development. Central China city to explore the development group for the construction of the Central Plains as a whole group of cities the rise of the central strategic objectives, have a strong practical and theoretical significance.

中原城市群城市功能定位与建设研究
1引言
以中心城市为主导的城市群通过聚集与扩散效应对周边地区产生吸引力,形成比较优势促进区域经济的发展。因而,中部的崛起则需要以郑州为中心的中原城市群;以武汉为中心的武汉城市圈;以长沙为中心的长株潭城市圈;以南昌为中心的昌九景城市带;以合肥为中心的“合一芜”都市带和以太原为中心的“太一大”都市带等作为崛起和支撑。而在中部崛起的过程中,各省都在营造自己的城市圈,究竟哪座城市会迅速发展成为中部崛起“增长极”呢? 膨胀经济总量,扩充综合经济实力,提高中原城市群对中部地区经济的带动力和辐射力;加快经济增长速度,使中原城市群经济增长速度位居中
