文档介绍:I 摘要核桃具有很高营养价值, 不论是在国内还是在国外都具有很广阔的市场空间, 人们的需求量是很大的。我国是核桃生产大国, 在加工中存在的问题是核桃脱壳比较困难, 核桃取仁在我国历来靠手工, 效率低, 破壳效果差。人工剥壳难以满足生产发展的要求, 研制高效剥壳机已成当务之急。经调研和分析, 设计了滚刀栅网——挤压式核桃脱壳机。本文介绍了滚刀栅网——挤压破壳原理, 核桃脱壳机的破壳装置、隔料装置、调间隙装置、拨料装置、整体结构设计及参数设计。其中主要包括总体方案的确定,各部件的设计与计算,轴的校核,轴承的验算。关键词: 滚刀栅网;核桃脱壳机;调间隙装置。 II Abstract Wal nut has a hi gh nut r i t i onal val ue and has a ver y l arge mar ket space whet her at home or abr oad, peopl e' s demand i s enor mous.
