文档介绍：全国重点大学学年论文( 2013-2014 学年第二学期) 论题名称技术标准化对我国高新技术产业创新成效的影响作者姓名张天成所在专业国际经济与贸易班级学号完成时间 2014 年 07月财经学院 I 技术标准化对我国高新技术产业创新成效的影响[ 摘要] 经济全球化的发展,使得技术标准化已成为企业提升产品竞争力、加速产业化进程、推动高新技术产业发展的重要工具。同时, 技术标准化也成为各国发展本国贸易、提高产业竞争优势和国家竞争力的有效手段。自入世以来, 技术壁垒已经成为我国进出口贸易的主要障碍性因素,如何利用 WTO 贸易技术壁垒协定的相关条款维护自身权益, 特别是促进高新技术产业的创新成效具有重大意义。论文引入技术标准化和产业创新的相关理论, 重点阐释了技术标准化对产业创新的影响机理及路径,得出了技术标准化能够为产业创新提供动力、增强有效性、降低风险性并提供保障的结论。在分析我国高新技术产业发展现状的基础上, 选取专利申请数量、技术标准存量、 R&D 经费、 R&D 人员全时当量作为解释变量, 运用多元回归模型分析了技术标准化对我国高新技术产业创新成效的影响,并据此从政府、企业两个层面以及政策、技术、管理、研发等多个角度提出了相应对策。[ 关键词] 高新技术产业技术标准化产业创新成效 II The Impact Technology Standardization Have on Innovation Effectiveness of High-tech Industry in China [ ABSTRACT ] The development of economic globalization strengthen s ties between technology standard and economy. Standardization has e an important tool to promote petitive power of products, speed up the process of industrialization, promote the development of high-tech industries. At the same time, technology standardization has e an effective means for the domestic trade to improve the industrial and petitiveness. Since joining the WTO, technical barriers to trade has e the main obstacle to China's import & export trade , it is of great significance to use WTO terms on technical barriers to safeguard our rights and interests, especially for the promot ion of the innovation effectiveness of high-tech industry. This paper introduced related theories of technology standardization and industry innovation, mainly explained the technological standardization of industrial innovation mechanism and the influence of the path, it is concluded that the technical standardization can provide power for industry innovation, enhance efficiency, reduce the risks, and provide assurance. Based on the development of hi-tech industry in China , we choose numbers of patent applications, technical standard stock, R&D expenses and full-time equivalent R&D personnel as explanatory variables to analyze the technology standardization ’s impact on
