摘 要 目的:探討门冬胰岛素及地特胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年2 treatment, FBG, 2 h PG, HbA1c and HOMA-IR levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<), however, HOMA - βin the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<). The incidences of maternal and infant adverse conditions in the observation group, including premature birth, preeclampsia, hypertension, cesarean section, macrosomia, neonatal respiratory distress, neonatal jaundice, and neonatal hypoglycemia, were also lower than those in the control group(all P<). Conclusion: Insulin aspart combined with insulin detemir has a good effect on blood glucose control in the treatment of gestational diabetes, and can improve islet function and maternal and infant prognosis, which is worthy of clinical recommendation. 妊娠期糖尿病是妊娠期常见并发症之一,虽然多数产妇产后能够恢复正常,但该并发症对母婴预后均有较大危害,严重影响母婴健康,需及时进行治疗干预[1]。临床上对于糖尿病多采取口服降糖药物和胰岛素注射治疗,但妊娠期糖尿病尤为特殊,临床上对于口服降糖药物的安全性尚存在较大争议,因此主要推荐胰岛素注射治疗[2-3]。部分专家指出,胰岛素单独用药方案血糖控制效果难以达到理想目标,认为联合用药更能够提高胰岛功能和血糖代谢改善效果[4-5]。本院在此方面积累了一些经验,现对门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用效果进行分析,以期为该病治疗方案的选择提供参考,汇报如下。
1 资料与方法
一般资料
选择2018年2月—2020年1月江西省妇幼保健院产科收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者160例,均符合《妊娠合并糖尿病诊治指南》中关于本病的诊断标准,依
