The Gen 2 – System is an machine room less system of the elevator control.
There are two controller cabinets;GeN2 is a machine-room-less lift with unsurpassed levels of comfort, reliability and safety. GeN2 offers passengers a quieter, smoother and more elegant ride than any lift system in its class. Its design enables architects to design buildings without a machine room. Builders will benefit from quicker installation and minimal interference with other trades. And owners can operate the building more economically and with more rentable space.
GeN2是由一种无机房电梯系统控制旳,涉及如下两重要控制部分：

the controller mounted in the hoistway contents the Operational control and Drive control. The Operational control is realized by the Traction Control Board (TCB) and the Drive Control by the Motion Control Board (MCB) / Vector Control Board (VCB).
主控制柜安装在井道，涉及操作控制和拖动控制。操作控制通过牵引控制电子板（TCB）实现，拖动控制通过动行控制电子板（MCB）和矢量制电子板（VCB）实现。
the E&I – panel mounted in the hoistway door panel at top landing contents the Service Panel Board (SPB), the Brake Release Board (BRE), the ERO – Control and the Emergency Power Unit.
E&I控制屏安装在顶层厅门旁，涉及检修电子板（SPB），抱闸释放电子板（BRE），ERO—检修开关。
A further Board, the Load Weighing Board (LWB) is mounted in the COP.
And for the Door control the Door Control Subsystem DCSS5 is used.
尚有其他电子板，如电子称重板（LWB）安装于COP，门机控制板等。
