Many old cultures are not high and most of them are mainly farming, pension is mainly relied on the traditional family pension, rural elderly people are in the shortage of material life and spiritual life, fine parts of Chinese tradition have been more and more declined. According to the current situation of rural areas, establishing a set to conform to the current situation of the old-age social welfare policy and system would brook no delay.
In this paper, through the investigation of Wu Xiang,Jingbian County and Wu Xiang found that due to a large number of young and middle-aged migrant workers, the rural elderly face various pension problems. While in the face of these pension problems combined with the endowment insurance policy, the social work service has been involved in the rural elderly Wu Xiang initiating endowment service field. And putting the community as a carrier, home care mode has been established to commencing conversion exploration, social workers at Wu Xiang provide professional social work service as a new mode.
