效的修改意见或确认信息，若在项目进行过程中，甲方处于停滞状态，即对乙方提供的工作成果既不给出有效修改意见也不对其进行肯定确认，如果停滞时间超过20个工作日以上，则视作甲方主动解除本合同，处理办法遵循本章第3条；
甲乙双方不得无故解除本合同。甲方无故解除合同的，双倍赔偿乙方已经支付的费用。乙方无故解除合同的，双倍赔偿已经支付的费用，由此给甲方造成损失的，乙方应当赔偿。
本合同其他条款对合同的解除另有约定的，从其约定。
第四章 其他条款
双方当事人应当保守在履行本合同过程中获知的对方商业秘密。
本合同签订后，经双方当事人协商一致，可以对本合同有关条款进行变更或者补充，但应当以书面形式确认。因不可抗力或者其他意外事件，或使得本合同的履行不可能、不必要或者无意义的，任一方均可以解除本合同。本合同所称不可抗力、意外事件是指不能预见、不能克服并不能避免且对一方当事人造成重大影响的客观事件，包括但不限于自然灾害以及社会事件如战争、动乱、政府行为等
