要度概念与网络化条件下城际铁路列车开行方案
生成及优化结合,以铁路运输企业效益和直达客流比重的最大化及旅客总出行成本的最小化为目标,建立网络化条件下城
际铁路列车开行方案多目标优化模型,并考虑多目标多约束规划问题难以直接求解,采用分层优化思路求解模型。结果表
明,列车开行方案的生成和优化得以简化,优化方案与现状实际运行图吻合度较好,模型可在较短迭代周期内生成优化结
果,提升城际列车开行方案编制效率,可为高效生成网络化条件下城际铁路列车开行方案、有效指导旅客运输组织方案设
计提供一定借鉴参考。
