摘要] 结合北京某大型地下车库抗浮设计的工程实践,探讨了工程中常用的几种抗浮措施的特点和适应条件,

并针对工程特点采取了不同的抗浮措施取得了良好的效果。根据工程经验对其中的下沉广场部分采用了抗浮
锚杆,通过现场验收抗拔试验,实测锚杆的抗浮承载力满足规范和设计要求,验证了所采取的单根锚杆抗浮承载
力的合理性,为类似工程采用锚杆抗浮提供了依据,实践表明作用于地下室的净水浮力较大时采用锚杆抗浮将是
一项比较经济合理的措施。

Abstract With a large anti-floating design project of a underground garage in Beijing the characteristics of mon anti-

floating technology are analyzed and the proper measures of anti-floating are adopted for the project. Through the test study in site
it was found that the actual value of ultimate bearing capacity of the anti-floating anchor is more than the design value and it
provides a reasonable basis for this type of anti-floating design. The practical project shows that it is very economical and reasonable
that anchors are used to solve the anti-floating problem of large underground garage when the buoyancy is large on it.
