Working Individually or Working in a Team
There are basically two ways to get work done.Some agree to the viewpoint that people should individually get work done.In their opinion,if people work individually,they can decide for themselves when to start work and how to do it.What's more,workig individually will help people to learn how to solve problems on their own.
However,others who have a different opinion consider tht people should get work done in a team.They argue that if people work in a team,they can learn from each other. Besides,they may work out better ways to get work done by discussion.
Personally,I prefer to work in a team. Firstly,working in team can offer me a chance to learn how to get along with others.Secondly, as work can be divided among people,it can be done efficiently. ⑪Therefore,as stated above, teamwork is always important.
