Development of b Ceramics Thermal Storage with Low Stress

Abstract: Aiming at the deficiency of conventional b ceramics thermal storage with stress
convergence on square hole corner and low emissivity, a new cerram b thermal storage with low
stress is developed. Through the configuration design of square hole with round corner, the heat transfer
specific area is high and the stress convergence is avoided. The radiant heat transfer conductivity is en-
hanced by means of soaking infrared radiant coating. Based on the results of analysis about hole configura-
tion and storage trial-manufacturing, storage with square hole with round corner improves its mechanics
performances and can interchange with conventional b ceramics therma
