（一）消费结构的变化分析
消费结构是指各类消费支出占总消费支出的比重，其中食品支出占总消费支出的比重又称为恩格尔系数。德的提高，恩格尔系数有不断下降的趋势。因此，恩格尔系数被用作判断居民消费水平的一项指标。国际粮农组织根据恩格尔系数提出划分不同贫富程度的标准：60%以上为贫困，50%—60%为温饱，40%—50%为小康，40%以下为富裕。根据有关资料计算的1993—2002年中国城镇居民消费需求结构如上面表1-1所示。
