Abstract
:Inordertoscreenpotentialauxiliaryindicatorsforeffectivediagnosisandmonitoringof
clinicalandsubclinicalhypocalcemiadairycowsexceptbloodcalciumconcentration,20healthy
dairycows,20clinicalhypocalcemiadairycowsand20subclinicaldairycowswereselectedand
theirbloodserumwerecollected.Mineralelementsmetabolism (Ca,P,Mg,Na,K),energymetaboG
lism (Glu,NEFA,BHBA,TG),liverinjury (AST,ALT,ALP,GGT)andinflammatoryresponse
(ILG1β,ILG6,ILG2,TNFGα,HP,SAA)weredetected.TheresultsshowedthatthelevelsofK,Mg,
Na,Glu,andILG2inbloodofclinicalandsubclinicalhypocalcemiacowsweresignificantlypositiveG
lycorrelatedwiththelevelsofCa,whilethelevelsofP,NEFA,BHBA,ILG1β,ILG6,HPandSAA
werenegativelycorrelatedwiththelevelsofCa.TherewasnosignificantcorrelationbetweenserG
umTGinclinicalandsubclinicalhypocalcemiacowsandCacontent.Theresultsshowedthatthere
