[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of reducing acid Decoction in the treatment of hyperuricemia of phlegm and
humidity. Methods: from January 2019 to August 2020, 100 HUA patients with phlegm and dampness were selected as the
research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with
50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with low-purine diet education + oral sodium bicarbonate tablets, and
the observation group was treated with acid-reducing soup on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group. The efficacy
and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was higher than
control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P < ). After treatment, the levels of serum uric acid (UA), serum
total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDH-C) in observation group were lower than
those in control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P < ). After treatment, the scores of all indicators in the
Chinese Quality of Life Scale (ChQOL) in the observation group were higher
