摘要:本次设计的内容是北京市某大酒店中央空调系统设计,,是一座综合性建筑物。
㎡,㎡。酒店主楼地面3层,。其中一层为酒店的大堂、自助餐厅和包厢,二层为客房、包厢和会议室,三层为客房和包厢。
按照一般计算负荷的方法,采用冷负荷系数法计算建筑物的热、湿负荷,考虑到建筑物的结构和使用功能方面,在设计空调水系统时,采用风机盘管不加和加独立新风系统二种。然后,进行风机盘管、新风处理设备、冷冻机组等的选型和风管和水管的水力计算,确定消声量,系统压损,设计系统保温,防火,排烟和自动控制管理。
毕业设计是教学计划中一个重要的教学环节,是培养我们运用所学的基础理论、基本知识和基本技能分析解决实际问题能力的一个重要环节。通过设计综合运用和深化所学专业理论知识,培养独立工作能力,分析解决一般工程实际问题的能力,使我们受到工程技术和科学研究的基本训练。

Design of Central Air-Conditioning System for
Hongyue Hotel Of Beijing
Abstract: The content of the design is the design of central air-conditioning system for
Hongyue Hotel Of Beijing, the height of this building is about meters, which is a synthetic building.
The total building area is ㎡,and the air-conditioning area is ㎡。The building is 3 floors, the height of each floor about . And the first floor is dining- room and hotel hall, the rest floors are dining-room and guest room.
First, as mon method, the cooling load and damp load are calculated by CLC method. As consideration the building structure and its usage, the scheme of air-conditioning system of this building have two, which is fan coil unit with and without additional individual fresh air unit. Then, the fan coil, air-conditioning units of fresh air, water-cooling units is selected. The hydraulic calculation of the air and water system, the measure of sound deadens, liberation suppression, thermal protection, fire defense, smock evolvement and regulation scheme is done. Finally, the summary of the design are made.
The design before graduate which train the basic theory and professional knowledge of us and let us to gain the power to analyze actual problem is a great part of the teaching plan. Though this design we get the basic training of the engineering and scientific research.
