本工程为龙湾帝景1号住宅楼,位于石家庄市西郊。本工程为住宅小区工程,位于中山路与中华大街交叉口东南角,本工程位于小区北侧,紧邻中山路。本工程为底部框架-抗震墙结构。地下一层,地上主体五层,局部六层,地下一层为地下室,做储藏间,共六层,地下室一层,地上五层。首层为商业用房,二到六层为住宅,、、3米、3米、3米、3米。总建筑面积控制在4500m左右(包括地下室)。拟建地上6层,建筑面积控制在4200 m左右。1层室外地坪标高为-,室内标高为±。根据全国地震区划分图,石家庄市抗震设防烈度为7度,,设计地震分组为第一组。建筑场地类别为II类。建筑防火等级为二级,建筑安全等级为二级,屋面防水等级为Ⅲ级,结构安全等级为二级,建筑抗震设防类别为丙类,现浇钢筋混凝土抗震等级为三级,基础设计等级为丙级,设计使用年限为50年。
本设计主要进行了结构方案中横向框架C轴框架的抗震设计,和上部砌体的抗剪验算以及剪力墙的配筋。在确定柱网布局之后,求出的重力荷载代表值,进而按底部剪力法计算每层水平地震荷载作用下大小,然后求出在水平荷载作用下的结构弯矩、剪力、轴力。接着计算竖向重力荷载作用下的结构内力。试找出最不利的一组内力组合,选取最安全的结果计算梁、柱、板配筋并绘图。此外还进行了结构方案中的室内楼梯的设计。完成了平台板,梯段板,平台梁等构件的内力和配筋计算以及基础的设计,并分别绘制了施工图。

This apartment building Engineering of the Long Wan Di Jing is located in east of Shi Jia Zhuang, which is situated in the southeast corner of the Zhongshan road and Zhonghua street′s intersect. This Engineering have the underground chamber and the main body have 5 floor, some part of which have the six floor .The underground chamber is used for storage. The first floor is used merce. the above of the first floor is the residence. The story height are meter, meter,, meter, meter, meter, meter. This building's gross floors area is 4500square meter and the built total height is meter . The first story's outdoor floor line is - meter and the in doors elevation is ± meter. According to the national earthquake region partition map, the Shi Jia Zhuang city's earthquake protection intensity is 7 degree, in which the design fundamental amount of acceleration is and the design earthquake grouping is the first group. some basic information of the building is as follows: The building yard sort is the II classification. The engineering's fire resistance rating is the second level. the built safe degree is the second level. the roofing waterproof rate is the third level. the underground waterproof grade is the second level .the foundation design scale is the third grade.
