（八）给排水工程安装质量；
（九）电气工程安装质量；
（十）通风与空调工程安装质量；
（十一）建筑智能工程安装质量；
（十二）外墙、楼（电）梯通道及地下室等公共部位质量；
（十三）国家和省市有关规定、标准中要求分户检查的内容。
第九条 全装修住宅工程质量分户验收应按以下要求进行:
（一）建设单位组织总承包及专业施工单位质量负责人、项目经理、施工员、质检员和监理单位的总监理工程师、专业监理工程师等进行验收。已选定物业公司的，物业公司应参加分户验收工作；
（二）应配备各种常规检测工具和激光测距仪等检测仪器，检测仪器应经计量检定合格；
（三）应逐户、逐间检查，并做好记录。对外窗等容易产生渗漏水的部位应按《江苏省住宅工程质量分户验收规则》中附录C的“外窗（墙）淋水试验方法”进行淋水检查；
（四）分户验收合格的，应及时完成《全装修住宅工程质量分户验收记录（室内）》（附录一）及《住宅工程质量分户验收记录（公共部位）》（附录二）的签字手续，并将有验收人员签名的《住宅工程质量分户验收合格标识》(附录五)置于户内醒目位置。暗埋水、电管线的走向和室内空间尺寸测量结果应附图标注；
（五）分户验收不合格的，经整改符合要求后，重新组织验收。
第十条 全装修住宅工程分户验收应形成下列资料:

（一）《全装修住宅工程质量分户验收记录（室内）》（附录一）；
（二）《住宅工程质量分户验收记录（公共部位）》（附录二）；
（三）《全装修住宅工程质量分户验收汇总表》（附录三）；
（四）《全装修住宅工程质量分户验收整改汇总表》（附录四）。
分户验收资料应整理、组卷，并按档案管理要求由建设、施工单位分别存档。
第十一条 全装修住宅工程竣工验收，尚应符合以下要求：
（一）分户验收全部合格后，竣工验收七个工作日前，建设单位应将《单位工程竣工验收通知书》和《全装修住宅工程质量分户验收汇总表》报送相应的质量监督机构；
（二）建设单位应在每栋住宅工程的明显部位镶刻包含工程名称、开竣工时间以及工程建设有关单位名称的铭牌（附录五）。
第十二条 全装修住宅工程竣工验收时，验收组应抽查一定的户数对分户
