Article 1 This Contract is entered into on the basis of bidding and the following documents shall be deemed to form an integral part of this Contract,namely:
(1)the Invitation to Bid;
(2)the General Instructions and Conditions;
(3)the Requirement Schedule;and
(4)the Contractor's Quotation,including supporting documentation

Contract for Construction of Refrigerator Factory
Article 2 The Employer shall make a prepayment of 20% of the contract value to the Contractor within 10 days after signing this Contract. The Contractor shall furnish the Employer with a bank's Letter of Guarantee to be valid till the date of full reimbursement of the amount of prepayment.
