多家软件公司。20世纪90年代以来,随着国内软件市场的扩大,我国软件产
业逐步走上较为成熟与稳定的发展之路,软件产业发展呈现以下趋势:软件产
业发展环境大大改善:信息化成为软件产业的大市场;软件产业上规模、上档
次,成为中国经济发展的主导产业。
中国汽车市场正在迅速崛起,汽车产业具有广阔的发展前景,尤其是汽车
销售渠道的重要模式一一“4S汽车专卖店”也正在全国各地蓬勃兴起,但是汽
车专卖店的销售管理、客户管理、服务管理等软件的建设却严重落后,因此建
立一套完善的销售标准流程与管理工具显得更加紧迫。
本设计中,针对汽车现在状况,制定了一种快捷简举的软件管理方法。本软件使
用的是现在世界上发展最快的朝阳产业——_VFP软件,该软件不仅包括售后服
务中的维修管理,而且还包括维修中常接触到的事情,即:保险维修业务。

ABSTRACT
The industry puter software because of developping quickly is the
sunrise industry in the the 1 990s,the world market of software
increased above 1 5% is predicted that_the rate on the market of software
would enhance to 1 %in ing industry of software developed in
the USA,the backbone force supporting the IT economy is more than 5000 software
the 1 990s,along with the expansion of the domestic market of

The market of Chinese auto is rising rapidly,the automobile industry has the
broad prospects for development,particularly the important pattern of auto sale

constructions of the software about automobile actually seriously fall behind,for
example,sales management,client management,service management and SO on.
Therefore it appears more urgent to establish a set of perfect flow of sales standard
and the tool of management.
