Key words : P ublic sector ,institution personnel reform ,personnel dismissal 事业单位是我国计划经济时代的产物,过去在我们的社会生活扮演了重要的地位。其实只要对中国的这种特有体制稍加了解就会知道,我国的事业单位其实是行政的一种延伸,长期以来的都与政府有着千丝万缕的联系。有统计称,目前我国有 126 万个事业单位,共计 3000 多万正式职工,另有 900 万离退休人员,总数超过 4000 万人。随着经济体制改革的不断深人,庞大的事业单位队伍与形势越来越不相适应,事业单位改革的呼声越来越高。但由于多方面的原因成果并不显著。但 2011 年以来的各种声音却让我们看到了希望。据中国之声
