文档介绍：摘要近年来,伤医害人的医闹事件发生的频发,因这种事件性质恶劣、情况复杂、影响广泛,大受社会各界的关注。医患关系关系着整个社会,事关人民生活是否幸福、社会是否和谐与国家能否的长治久安。本论文通过医闹事件举例,得出医患关系总体处于不和谐的结论,以此为出发点,进一步分析原因,从“院方”、“患方”、“体制机制”、“社会大背景”四个方面总结了医患关系的影响因素,对原因的全面分析,总结了三个我国的医患纠纷协调机制,即“私了和解”、“行政调解”、“法院诉讼”,最后借鉴一些省份的“医务社会工作模式”与“医患纠纷人民调解制度”的新型协调机制的成功经验,进一步提炼与总结,提出我自己创新的“一调节两保险”的制度构想,试图建立一个非盈利的,具有中立性保障、专业性保障、赔付能力保障的中立第三方平台专门解决医患纠纷问题,以此遏制日趋恶化的医患矛盾。关键词: 医患关系,影响因素,调节机制 Abstract In recent years, the frequency of injury medical harm medical alarm events, because of the nature of the event, complex, bad influence is widespread, great attention by the social from all walks of life.
