摘要
近十多年来,随着对发展先进制造技术的重要性获得前所未有的共识,冲压成形技术取得了前所未有的进展。
本论文应用所学专业理论课程和生产实际知识进行了冷冲压模具设计工作的实际训练,从而培养和提高学生独立工作能力,巩固与扩充了冷冲压模具设计等课程所学的内容。通过本次设计,掌握冷冲压模具设计的方法和步骤,掌握冷冲压模具设计的基本技能,懂得了怎样分析零件的工艺性,怎样确定工艺方案,了解了模具的基本结构,提高了计算能力,绘图能力,同时对相关的课程进行了全面的复习。本设计采用落料冲孔复合模,模具设计制造简便易行。
考虑到冲压技术在当今制造业的地位及发展前景,因此,值得进一步学习和研究。

Abstract
For nearly ten years, as in the development of advanced technology have made the importance of greater understanding, forming technology to stamp out the unprecedented progress.
