Abstract Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of B-Lynch suture in treatment of pregnant women with
placenta previa and its effects on ovarian stromal hemodynamic indexes and safety． Methods A total of 128 pregnant

women with placenta previa who had undergone cesarean section C-section between January 2017 and January 2021

were collected and divided into observation group n = 67 and control group n = 61 according to therapeutic methods．
