1、目的
为进一步健全公司人事制度,使各岗位工作人员明确自己职责,在人员聘任、选拔、培训和查核等方面有据可依、有章可循,并作为对《人力资源管理手册》的补充,特编制本“岗位工作人员任职要求”。
2、合用范围
合用于亚华公司各对应岗位员工。
3、工作程序
本“岗位工作人员任职要求”(以下简称为“要求”)由人力资源部组织编写,
由主管副总审核,总经理批准。
根据公司质量手册“文件控制程序”对文件编号的规定,“人力资源管理”
的英文缩写代号为“PM”,本“要求”隶属于《人力资源管理手册》,依序排列,
给定文件编号为“Q/YH·G–D01-2007”。
本“要求”针对公司所有管理人员岗位和特殊岗位作出规定,
公司人力资
源部可根据人力资源管理发展的实际状况和公司各岗位工作范围及职责的变化,增加或改正本“要求”各项规定。
“要求”中规定的各中层干部任职要求,其为总公司委派或由董事长任命,故只规定其岗位培训和职责。
“要求”内容仅规定岗位工作人员的一些基本素质、受培训内容和工作职责等,其他有关厂规厂纪等规章制度按照
