Abstract
Inordertostudytheeffectofemergencyimmunizationwithlivenewcastlediseasevaccinetocontrolchickencolibacillosis,
30-day-oldlayerhenswereartificiallyinfectedwith .Afterthesymptomsappeared,4copiesofLasota(IV)attenuatedlivevac鄄
cinewereurgentlyimmunized,,10th,and17thdaysafterimmunization,8samplesofbloodfromeachgroup
wererandomlycollected,andtheserumwasseparated,andthelysozyme,totalprotein,albumin,superoxidedismutase(SOD)content
wasdeterminedbytheturbidimetricmethod,thebiuretmethod,thebromocresolgreenmethod,
resultsshowedthatafter10daysofimmunization,thelysozymevaluesofthetestgroup,thecontrolgroup,andtheblankgroupwere
