文档介绍：??????????????A ??????????目前,在经济的发展和竞争的全球化这样的趋势下,我国制造企业所面临将面临一场激烈战争。整个生产系统的信息流、物流、生产的能力和效率、生产安全和成本受到了车间设施平面布置很大影响。因此,如果想提高生产系统效益的必须要依赖于优良的设施布置,它可以改善一个系统在生产中的整体功能、他也是先进生产方式和现代化管理的前提条件。文章首先研究了国内外在该行业领域的存在的现状并且进行了分析,阐述了该文章的研究意义、研究背景和研究的主要内容等;紧接着介绍了设施布置设计的内容、目标、定义及布置车间设施的含义、原则等基本理论;接下来我们拿 A 公司来举例,通过分析 A 公司生产车间的设施布置现状,找到了 A 公司布置生产车间设施时候遇到的问题,最后通过 SLP 这个方法,分析了 A 公司各作业单位之间的物流及非物流的这两种情况, 然后画出了具体的位置相关图与位置相关图,最后我们得出了一套可以实现的布置方案。关键词:制造业;车间布置;设施改善 Abstract At present, with the development of economy and the globalization petition, China's manufacturing enterprises are facing more and petitive.
