At present, China is still during in the period of rapid economic development, building a moderately prosperous society, we must still taking economic construction as the center , continue to emancipate and develop productive forces. China's population is posed oft he rural population, the construction of new socialist rural economy isa very important part in the socialist economic construction. Relying on the industrial dream of power, engineering students must be actively involved in the socialist economic construction . Keywords Chinese characteristics ,t he new rural , economic construction ,road 引言十七大报告指出:要促进国民经济又好又快发展。实现未来经济发展目标, 关键要在加快转变经济发展方式、完善社会主义市场经济体制方面取得重大进展。要大力推进经济结构战略性调整,更加注重提高自主创新能力、提高节能环保水平、提高经济整体素质和国际竞争力。要深化对社会主义市场经济规律的认识,从制度上更好发挥市场在资源配置中的基础性作用,形成有利于科学发展的宏观调控体系[1]。实现民族伟大复兴,国家富强,人民富裕,首先要建立强大的经济基础作为物质保障。改革开放以来,中国人民的物质生活已经得到了极大丰富,文化生活更加多种多样
