The human life fairyland—Hawaii
the most beautiful places on earth. The weather is friendly. The temperature ranges from 60-90 degrees all year long. It's a little warmer in summer, and a little cooler in winter, but every day is a beach day for somebody. There are no strangers in Paradise. Perhaps the most beautiful part of Hawaii is the genuine(与生俱来的)warmth of people. We call it the spirit of Aloha(爱). It has allowed a melting pot(熔炉)of cultures from all over the world to find common ground(共同点), and a new home, in this most gentle of places.
Hawaii Volcanoes National Park
The Big Island's southernmost volcanoes, Mauna Loa and Kilauea, jointly constitute HAWAII VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK, thirty miles from Hilo and eighty from Kailua. It's possibly the most dramatic of all the US national parks; as well as two active volcanoes, of which at least one is likely to be erupting, it includes desert, arctic tundra, and the Wao Kele O Puna rainforest (where a much-opposed project is attempting to tap geothermal energy)。

Dancing Hula
Like many other traditional dance forms, hula was heavily discouraged by missionaries and other representatives of Euro-America in the nineteenth century. It seemed to them immoral, and also a waste of time. But it survived in the countryside, and, as in the usual colonial/post-colonial stories, there was eventually a vigorous revival, headed by cultural loyalists.
Hawaii – Climate
Hawaii has a tropical climate cooled by trade winds. Rainfall here is unpredictable while the windward side receives more precipitation than the leeward side. Mt. Waialeale, in Kauai, is reputedly the rainiest place on earth, with a mean annual total of 486 inches. Normal daily temperatures in Honolulu average 72°F (22°C) in February and 78°F(26°C) in August.
