Do you like reading stories?
Do you like reading magazines?
II. Presentation and practice
. Have Ss talk about some pictures from the story first.
. Ss talk about the pictures they like.
. Have Ss guess what the story will talk about.
Questions for students: What will the story talk about?
. Have Ss listen to the story with the pictures.
. Have Ss say what they know from the story.
Question for students: What does the story talk about? Does anyone know?
. Have Ss read and help them understand the story.
. Show picture1 to picture 3
a. Have Ss read with the magazine.
b. Ask some questions to help Ss understand.
 Show picture 4 to picture 6.
a. Have students choose the picture they would like to read.
b. Have students read with the magazine.
 Show picture 7 to picture 9.
a. Have Ss read picture 7 with the recorder.
b. Help Ss understand by the question: What do you know about whales before?
(Question: Who lived earlier, Whales or humans?)
