劳务企业主要工作职责
      劳务派遣是指开展劳务派遣业务的企业组织下岗职工、失业人员、农村（外地）劳动力，为其他用工单位从事阶段性、辅助性生产经营活动的一种新型的用工方式。其主要工作职责：
一、受用工单位委托，组织招工并向其派遣员工。
二、发放职工工资，缴纳有关社会保险费。
三、与用工单位共同调解有关劳动争议。
四、与用工单位共同做好职业技能培训工作。
五、协助用工单位做好派遣员工的日常管理工作。
六、建立劳务派遣职工档案，健全各类基础业务台帐和资料规范整理。
七、准确及时上报各类就业统计报表。

      第一条 为进一步推动下岗职工、失业人员实现再就业，促进劳动力有序流动，帮助部分用工单位建立相对稳定的劳动关系，维护职工的劳动权益，依据《劳动法》、《关于建立劳务型企业促进失业下岗职工再就业的意见》（苏劳社[2000]72号）和有关劳动保障政策法规，结合本地实际情况制定本办法。
      第二条 本办法所称劳务派遣是指开展劳务派遣业务的企业（以下简称劳务企业）组织下岗职工、失业人员、农村（外地）劳动力，为其他用工单位从事阶段性、辅助性生产经营活动的一种新型的用工方式。
      第三条 劳务企业主要工作职责包括：
