摘 要
本文旨在从“断头新闻”的出现，探究媒体在传播过程中存在的问题。从解读典型个案入手，分析“断头新闻”产生的社会原因及其传播效果，解析目前政府与媒体微妙的关系，为正确引导舆论、提高媒体的公信力提出改进的方法与路径，并提出改进的意见和建议，为传受一体化条件下媒体新闻传播的良性发展提供参考和借鉴。
