Abstract Objective
: To investigate the correlation between coagulation parameters and clinical

features in patients with lung cancer. 120 patients with lung cancer and 120 healthy people were
selected as control group. The relationship between coagulation indexes and clinical features of lung cancer

patients was analyzed. The level of activated partial prothrombin time ( aPTT) in the observation
group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of platelet count( PLT),fibrinogen( Fbg),D-

There was no significant relationship between aPTT,PLT,Fbg,D-D and age,gender,number of basic diseases
