摘要:为了方便公安干警对报警案件、治安案件、刑事案件进行计算机管理,实现快速检索和统计,更好地现实斗争服务,解决公安干警以往靠手工录入笔录所带来的工作量繁重、人力物力大量耗费等问题,运用先进的软件开发工具,开发犯罪现场笔录生成系统。本篇论文详细地介绍了公安机关现场勘查管理及报告生成系统的所有功能(包括权限管理、现场基本信息管理、现场勘查笔录生成、现场物证以及查询) 及其中的关键技术。整个系统包括三个窗体(界面、权限、项目),四个项目(现场基本信息、现场勘查笔录、现场物证、查询)。主要实现了公安机关对现场信息的采集、存档和现场笔录的自动生成。本系统的开发提高公安干警的工作效率,更好的维护了社会治安,并逐步实现了公安干警工作、实战、指挥决策的信息化、科学化,为提高公安工作的科技含量,适应公安现代化建设的需要起到了一定的作用,使公安基层基础工作的建设呈现本质的飞跃。

Abstract: The notes produced system of criminal spot is developed with advanced software development tools. Its purposes is to convenient public security police process puter management about call the police case, public security case, criminal case and can carry out quick searches and stat, the better service for realistic battle, solve bearing police security heavy load depend on handwork write in notes anciently, the use problem of a mass of manpower and material resources. This piece of thesis introduced detailedly all functions of the system( limits of authority management, spot basic information management, spot investigate notes production, spot material evidence as well as query) and the key technology among them. The whole system involves three forms( interface, limits of authority, item), four item( spot basal information, spot investigate notes, spot material evidence, query). The system has mainly carried out public security ’ collection about spot information and keep in the archives and the automatic production of spot notes.
