第三条承包人应在签约后30天内向工地派出工程经理、技术员、工人、会计、翻译等（以下称人员）。雇主应为人员办理一切入境手续。

Contract for Construction of Refrigerator Factory
Article 4 The Contractor shall be responsible for doing the following work：
（1）Examining the drawings and technical specifications of the project；
（2）Making out the operation plan and progress schedule and the list of machinery，equipment and materials required for carrying out the project for approval of the engineer appointed by the Employer（hereinafter called the Engineer)；

第四条承包人应负责下列工作：
1）审查工程图纸、技术规范；
2）草拟施工计划、工程进度表、施工需用的机械、设备和材料名单等供雇主委派的工程师（以下称工程师）批准；

（3）Clearing up the construction site and leveling the ground；
（4）Constructing some temporary Works such as worker‘s housing，garages and warehouses for temporary use；
（5）Giving adequate protection to all the machinery，equipment，tools，materials provided by the Employer and the completed and uncompleted Works during the period of construction.

Article 5
It is mutually understood and agreed by both Parties that the Engineer shall carry out such duties in issuing decisions，certifications and orders as are specified in the Contract and supervising the Works and examining any material or workmanship to be used in connection with the Works.
